As an Administrative Aide at Arete, your primary responsibilities include for all our Tucson offices:
- Monitor and restock all supplies.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
- Keep common areas organized and clean.
- Provide escort support as needed.
- Provide general administrative support for daily office tasks.

- Pursuing High School diploma or GED or recent graduate.

- Advanced record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
