What We Offer:
- Compensation: $82,000 - $100,000 base per year $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

- Incentive Bonus: $24,000/year for averaging 12 PPD with strong patient outcomes. You're in the money at 10 PPD.

What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, with a focus on neuro outpatient care
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient goals and objective findings
- Work closely with your Clinic Director and clinical team to drive outcomes and throughput
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, prognosis, and home exercise programs
- Document clinical encounters accurately and in line with Arete Health and state/federal requirements
- Bring a patient-first, culturally competent approach to care
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
What You'll Bring
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A commitment to excellent clinical care
