What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardware Support/Tier II Help Desk - US Citizens Only - Onsite position at ARES Solutions, Inc.?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Travel to Courthouses around the US approx 10% - 15% of time to support/resolve Courthouse IT PC/Laptop, Printer, VPN, or VTC Issues Tier II customer support, along with occasional VIP Desktop Support Managing Windows 11 Operating Systems Managing Server 2022 and upgrade path for previous versions. Imaging desktops/ laptops Troubleshooting VPN connectivity Providing support for Office 2016 / O365 applications Troubleshoot Zscaler issues. Printer Support BigFix and SCCM experience preferred. Superior customer service support in desktop or hardware/pc support.Basic Qualifications/Educational Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent and/or 3 years of relatedexperience. Windows 10 and Server 2022 experience.
