About the Role
Ares Security is hiring Secret-cleared Security Escorts to support a large federal construction program on a secure military installation in Aurora, CO from February 2 to July 1, 2026. You will be responsible for escorting and monitoring authorized workers within restricted areas and ensuring compliance with DoD access protocols.
Scheduled coverage is Monday- Friday 0700-1700
Responsibilities
- Escort uncleared construction personnel and delivery personnel within Restricted Areas
- Monitor access and ensure personnel remain within authorized zones
- Validate badges and identify any irregularities or safety concerns
- Maintain situational awareness at all times while escorting
- Communicate clearly with on-site security leadership
- Complete required daily reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- (Interim Secret may be acceptable depending on review)
- U.S. Citizenship (required for base access)
- Ability to pass additional installation-specific vetting checks
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional communication and reliability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors
