We’re hiring a Sales Associate to represent Verizon FiOS directly to customers across the Virginia Beach and Newport News area. As a Sales Associate, you’ll meet customers in person, introduce services, and help them choose options that actually fit their day-to-day needs.
A Day in the Life of a Sales Associate
- Meet with customers face-to-face in residential neighborhoods
- Introduce the Verizon FiOS brand and explain available services
- Break down plans, pricing, and bundles in a simple, clear way
- Ask questions to understand what customers are looking for
- Handle hesitation and guide customers toward the right decision
- Complete enrollments and ensure a smooth process
