Job Description and Salary
ArentFox Schiff is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising companies on an array of capital market transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate would practice. Please submit your resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.
The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $275,000 to a maximum of $355,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
