Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Blakely, GA. The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of the entire training facility. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with instructors and clients, ensuring proper maintenance of all equipment and grounds, and overseeing compliance with safety standards. The Facilities Manager will also manage facility usage schedules, address operational challenges, and ensure an optimal training environment is maintained at all times.
