This is a 100% remote position open only to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations that deliver actionable business insightsConnect Tableau to various data sources (SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, Excel, Google BigQuery, etc.)Perform data modeling, create calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and setsOptimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for scalability and usabilityCollaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation for dashboards and data sourcesConduct user training and provide ongoing support for end usersTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau Server/Desktop and published contentStay current with Tableau features and recommend innovative visualization techniquesRequired Qualifications3 years of hands-on experience developing in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/OnlineStrong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and cloud data warehousesProven track record of building production-ready, interactive dashboardsSolid understanding of data visualization best practices and principlesExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersMust currently reside in the United StatesMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit required no sponsorship available)Preferred SkillsTableau Desktop Certified Professional or Specialist certificationExperience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or similar ETL toolsKnowledge of JavaScript, R, or Python for advanced Tableau integrationsExperience with Agile methodologies
