Essential Job Functions
Education and Experience:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand bend, and reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25-35 pounds repetitively.
Work Environment
Typically, work takes place indoors in a factory, plant, or warehouse setting. These facilities may not always be temperature-controlled. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to chemicals and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our dynamic team. Essential Job Functions
- Set-up, perform, analyze and report on all phases of product testing based on developed test plans
- Training staff on rewash & quality inspection related to mold & broken parts.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate quality related records
- Provide detailed results of testing and inspections to Depot Manger o ensure quality standards are satisfied
- Follows all ISO regulations and requirements for testing, GMP inspecting, documenting
- Reviewing all paperwork for accuracy and completion on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Oversee the implementation of the food safety plan
- Ensure plant is within compliance by performing, Quarterly Deibel swabs, daily verification of swabs and plates, signing off on weekly Microbial swab paperwork
- Perform performance audits on current and new products
- Responsible for plant GMP audits and presenting findings at monthly quality meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a technical field, or 1-2 years’ experience in quality in lieu of degree
- Familiarity with ISO and Food Safety standards preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow Quality Control Specifications
