Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced Project Managers with a minimum of 2 years in the sign, graphics, or large-format print industry (or similar) who want to step into a role where their work truly matters.

Key Qualifications

• 2 years of Project Management experience in the sign & graphics or print industry (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional presence and confidence working with clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with design, production, and installation teams
• A passion for creativity and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and oversee projects from concept to installation
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, production teams, and installers
• Create accurate proofs, specs, and print-ready files
• Conduct on-site measurements, surveys, or project walk-throughs
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify risks and keep projects on track with proactive problem solving
• Ensure exceptional quality and client satisfaction at every stage
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
