Project Manager — K-12 (DSA) — Norwalk, CA
Comp: $120,000–$180,000 base (DOE) • Full-time • Onsite (Norwalk)

We’re a 100% employee-owned GC seeking a Project Manager to lead California DSA K-12 projects in Norwalk. If you love building the baseline, driving buyout and change, and keeping Procore Financials tight—this is your seat.
What you’ll do
- Lead buyout/contracting, budgets/forecasting, Change Events → PCO → CO
- Build and own the CPM baseline (MS Project or P6), publish updates & recovery
- Manage RFIs/Submittals, pay apps (Owner/Sub), and cost controls in Procore
- Run OACs, coordinate with A/E, IOR, District, and field team to de-risk schedule
- Partner with Super on logistics, quality, safety, and closeout
Must-have
- GC-side PM experience on California DSA K-12 projects (recent, last 5 yrs)
- Hands-on Procore Financials (Budgets, Commitments, COs, Pay Apps)
- MS Project (or P6) competence—baseline 10-day recovery authorship
- Strong owner/architect communication and multi-prime coordination
- Daily onsite presence in Norwalk, CA
Nice-to-have
- Bond program experience (e.g., LAUSD/LACCD/NLMUSD)
- Proven delivery on occupied campuses with tight noise windows
