Traveling Superintendent / Project Manager

This opportunity can be scoped at the Superintendent or Project Manager level depending on your background. Projects are expected to include hospitality, multifamily, and other complex vertical construction work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What you’ll be doing:
For Superintendent-level candidates:
- Lead daily field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Drive schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and site logistics
- Run subcontractor meetings and maintain strong jobsite communication
- Identify issues early and keep work moving without sacrificing standards
- Partner closely with project leadership, owners, architects, and trades
For Project Manager-level candidates:
- Manage project financials, contracts, buyout, forecasting, change orders, and overall execution
- Partner with field leadership to keep schedule, cost, safety, and quality aligned
- Serve as a key point of contact with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Lead documentation, reporting, and risk management throughout the life of the project
- Support project strategy from preconstruction through turnover
What they’re looking for:
- Experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or both on commercial building projects
- Strong background in multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale vertical construction
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly, and communicate with confidence
- Proven success managing schedule pressure, site coordination, and changing priorities
- Comfortable in a travel-based role, or already based near Aspen and open to local project work
- Procore and strong construction documentation skills are a plus
