What You Will Do
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with sports card sellers, vendors, and partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new sellers into the Arena Club ecosystem.
- Attend local and national card shows to source inventory and expand partner relationships.
- Partner with Marketing to align supply with product performance and customer demand.
- Support partners in improving workflow, consistency, and volume.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless processing, payouts, logistics, and timelines.
- Track partner performance with precision, including spend, card counts, volume, and weekly output.
- Represent Arena Club with professionalism, energy, and a relationship-first mindset.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or other relationship-driven roles.
- Highly personable, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Passion for major sports and a willingness to learn additional categories including soccer, hockey, MMA, and wrestling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track spend, inventory, and deal accuracy without errors.
- Strong work ethic and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Willingness to travel frequently for shows and partner visits.
- No card experience required; eagerness and coachability are essential.
