Job Summary:

Areli Sportswear is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to develop new business

and build lasting relationships with schools, sports teams, clubs, organizations, and

local businesses. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers,

understanding their apparel and uniform needs and converting opportunities into

long-term accounts.

An ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, relationship-based selling,

and consistent follow-up. Success in this role requires initiative, resilience, strong

communication skills, and the ability to manage the sales process from initial outreach

through close and ongoing account development.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to build your own book of

business while representing custom uniforms, team apparel, spirit wear, online team

stores, and corporate apparel. The role is well suited for someone who is goal-oriented,

self-directed, and motivated by both new business development and repeat customer

growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, athletic

programs, youth organizations, clubs, businesses, coaches, athletic directors,

and other prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding each

account’s needs and providing appropriate uniform, apparel, spirit wear, and

team store solutions.

- Manage the sales process from initial outreach and qualification through

proposal, follow-up, closing, and ongoing account development.

- Be available 24/7 for consumer questions and assistance.

- Grow an individual book of business by generating new accounts, encouraging

repeat seasonal orders, and identifying opportunities to expand existing customer

relationships.

-Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the ordering

and sales process while ensuring commitments and follow-up items are

completed in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of prospects, customer interactions,

opportunities, and sales activity.

- Work independently and take ownership of assigned goals with minimal

day-to-day supervision or hands-on direction.

- Meet or exceed established individual sales and business development goals.

- Actively participate in weekly and monthly sales competitions and contribute to a

performance-driven, team-oriented sales culture.

- Collaborate with internal team members as needed to support customer needs,

resolve issues, and deliver a positive overall customer experience.

- Stay informed on Areli Sportswear’s products, services, and customer offerings

in order to effectively communicate value and identify appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education:

High school diploma required.

- Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years sales experience.

Competitive athletics experience is a bonus.

- Skills:

Exceptional intrapersonal skills and communication.

Motivated by competition and goal achievement.

High level of organization both online and physical.

- Abilities:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or holidays (as needed to

meet sales goals).

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for several hours a day.

Ability to transport within a sales region.

Strong ability to manage stress and multiple tasks at once.

High energy and intrapersonal communication style.

Dynamic approach to problem solving.
