Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, based in Henderson, NV, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Key responsibilities include supporting property management operations, coordinating tenant relations, and assisting with financial reporting. The role also involves tracking property budgets, overseeing vendor services, contributing to leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Assistant Manager will work closely with internal teams to maintain high operational standards and optimal property performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in property management tasks, financial reporting, and tenant communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor coordination and tenant interaction
- Basic knowledge of leasing processes, property budgeting, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related area (preferred)
- Knowledge of local regulations and real estate market trends in the Las Vegas Valley.
