Role Description
We're looking for a smart, ambitious generalist to join as our Head of Operations — someone who wants to work hand-in-hand with the founders to help build and scale the company.
You’ll wear many hats, with a focus on operations, fundraising prep, sales support, customer success, internal systems, and pitch deck development. This is a high-ownership role with a direct impact on our trajectory.
Qualifications
- 8 years of operational experience in early-stage startups, tech companies, consulting, or military
- Proven management, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong self-discipline and ability to prioritize effectively
- Exceptional writing
- Fluency in sales CRMs, slides, analytics, Notion, and Slack
- Hunger for fast growth and new challenges
- Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus
