We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:Manage warehouse staff, maintain system data integrity, and coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams using NetSuite ERP Ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, transfer, and organization of products to designated program areas for distribution in collaboration with program staffMonitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety complianceProcess items receipts, transfer, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite ERPMaintain real-time inventory accuracy within the systemPerform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesGenerate inventory stock movement and performance reportsCollaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulationsSupport audits by providing accurate system reports and documentationPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must have 3 to 5 years’ warehouse experience A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience is requiredMust have a strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory auditing Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, as well as, a hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skillsMust be self-motivated, detail oriented, and professionalMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Warehouse setting, with the ability to stand, lift, and perform physical activities is neededOnly those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
