Inside Sales Representative - KD

We have an immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative to help sell quality used machinery to customers across the country and world.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Learn and understand our inventory of used machinery and equipment
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate machinery, and prepare and follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, help close sales, and maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Follow up with past customers, develop repeat business, and coordinate customer items for delivery
• Opportunity to work with customers and equipment across a wide range of industries

Job Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred; Experience selling machinery, industrial equipment, or other capital equipment is a plus
• Must have proven experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or a related industry
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be computer literate, self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Must have a professional, positive attitude, with the ability to build trust with customers
• Must enjoy sales, building relationships, and working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
