Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify exceptional phone etiquette to engage clients with warm and professional greetings
- Enhance your proficiency in data management by updating client information in CRM systems, showcasing expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both prospective and current clients, offering timely and effective support
- Efficiently organize agent appointment kits, demonstrating superior coordination skills
- Facilitate communication with insurance carriers on various matters such as cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
- Showcase your technical prowess by uploading monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM system
- Collaborate with the team on special projects, including the annual open enrollment event, which may require additional commitment, including some Saturdays
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven track record of excellent Customer Service experience
- Prior experience in health insurance, especially in Medicare, is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills are essential
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate patience, kindness, and professionalism with older clients
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, particularly during peak seasons
