The Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School community is seeking a passionate, innovative, and student-centered Fourth Grade teacher to join our award-winning school. Our Fourth Grade teachers foster academic growth, independence, critical thinking, and creativity while supporting students as they continue to develop socially and emotionally. Grade-level teams collaborate closely to design engaging learning experiences that integrate literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts while helping students make meaningful connections across content areas.

Qualifications:
Endorsement, Education, and Experience Requirements
- Successful candidates must possess strong instructional practices, excellent classroom management skills, and a deep commitment to student learning and development.
- Experience teaching upper elementary students and a demonstrated ability to support diverse learners is preferred.
- Connecticut State Certification 305 (Elementary Education) or other appropriate Connecticut certification required.
