POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Truck Driver is a hybrid Over the Road (OTR) and local driving position. This position will be responsible for completing deliveries out of state, picking up materials regionally, and shuttling equipment/supplies between facilities as needed.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Over the road (OTR) Deliveries – regionally and/or locally (requires overnight stay)
- Transfer product between facilities – locally
- Pick up/transfer manufacturing supplies regionally/locally
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
· High school diploma required.
Required Licenses
· Class A CDL is required.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
· Knowledge of elogs/tablet usage.
· Write, speak, and comprehend English.
· Ability to understand basic math.
· Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Travel
· Frequent travel is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

· This position is subject to the following physical activities: crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking and hearing.
Visual Acuity
· The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
Working Conditions
· The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions within manufacturing facilities and is subject to hazardous road conditions/weather when driving.
