In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing treatment processes that ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient water solutions for communities. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects ranging from municipal wastewater treatment facilities to advanced process improvements, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions. If you’re ready to make an impact and advance your engineering career, apply today!Primary DutiesPerform studies and masterplans for various projectsDevelop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates More specific responsibilities include performing or managing engineering/process designDevelop proposals as required in response to requests for proposals/qualifications and lead Ardurra in teaming opportunitiesAbility to guide, direct, and coordinate with the multiple departments and sub-consultants required for multi-discipline projectsAbility to create, calibrate, and suggest alternative plans, and interpret and communicate the results to others.Perform communication and business development duties with current and potential clientsEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college is requiredMinimum of 5 years’ progressive experience required designing and delivering projects in the wastewater market sectorProfessional Engineer’s license in the state or the ability to gain licensure within 3 months of hire is a mustExperience in managing production and treatment projects as well and/or experience performing design and construction management Advanced understanding of principles and state regulations is requiredCandidate must be self-motivated, able to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingWhy Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
