Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized. As the central point of communication between customers and our field technicians, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every service call is handled efficiently and professionally.
No HVAC or dispatch experience? That's okay! If you have strong customer service skills, are eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and oil burner technicians to service calls.
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Prioritize emergency service requests and adjust schedules throughout the day as needed.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and timely service.
- Keep customers informed about appointment times and service updates.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and service information.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

- Previous customer service, or dispatch experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
