Outpatient Physical Therapist – ATI Physical Therapy – Dover, Delaware

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic team in Dover, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting while living in Delaware's capital city, where you'll enjoy a relaxed pace of life, beautiful beaches, historic charm, and easy access to major East Coast destinations.

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Location: Dover, DE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (extensions often available)
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 10–12 patients per day (varies by clinic)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Delaware licensure)
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
