• Perform evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist License or Eligibility
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
