ATI Physical Therapy is seeking motivated Physical Therapists to join its outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout Northwest Oregon, with opportunities in the Portland metropolitan area and the beautiful Willamette Valley. Position Details

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Locations: Multiple ATI Physical Therapy Clinics throughout Northwest Oregon
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (extensions often available)
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 10–12 patients per day (varies by clinic)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Oregon licensure)
• Current BLS Certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
