Additional Information

Home Health experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
OASIS documentation experience required
Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills needed
Must be comfortable working independently in a home health setting
Active OT license required prior to start
Previous travel and home health experience highly preferred
Reliable transportation required for patient visits
