- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity rehabilitation, therapeutic activities, and functional mobility.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home safety, and energy conservation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Complete timely documentation while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
