Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of customer journey initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership, marketing automation, and Adobe Experience Cloud—particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Data, and UX to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own the product roadmap for AJO and ensure alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives.
· Define product vision, strategy, and user stories while prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to design and implement personalized customer journeys.
· Work closely with Adobe Experience Cloud tools and stakeholders to optimize segmentation, targeting, and automation workflows.
· Conduct user research, analyze data insights, and convert findings into actionable product enhancements.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
· Ensure successful delivery of features by coordinating with developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
· Monitor journey performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
· Stay updated with Adobe product advancements and industry best practices in customer experience and journey orchestration.
Qualifications:
· Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in digital marketing or customer experience platforms.
· Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
· Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
· Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable stories.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, or CDP tools.
· Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or marketing analytics.
· Prior experience in telecom, retail, or enterprise-scale customer engagement environments.
