Job Title: Automotive Title Clerk
Company: Ardmore Toyota Central City Toyota
Due to continued growth, Ardmore Toyota in Ardmore, Pa and Central City Toyota in Philadelphia, PA are looking for an additional Title Clerk in our Accounting Departments to assist with processing automobile title work and perform other clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing title work for PA out of state customers
* Prepare checks for payoffs
* Assist with general accounting procedures as necessary
* Provide additional administrative support as needed
Preferred Experience and Requirements:
* 1-2 years of automobile dealership office experience required
* DealerBuilt computer software experience preferred but not required as we train in house as needed
* Well organized and strong attention to detail
* Consistency and accuracy
* Previous title clerk and accounting office experience required
* Good interpersonal skills
* Notary a plus
* Excellent follow-through skills
