Primary Duties:

Conduct property tours and build rapport with prospective residents.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into residents.

Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-out documentation.

Support renter's insurance compliance and resident records management.

Promote the community through social media, outreach, and marketing campaigns.

Inspect amenities, model homes, and vacant units daily.

Coordinate and host resident events.

Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, market trends, and company policies.

Conduct weekly market surveys and monitor competitor activity.
