Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to our residents under the direction of the supervising nurse and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care according to resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as authorized.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
Complete accurate clinical documentation.
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
Supervise CNAs as applicable.
Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
Qualifications
Current LPN license.
Long-term-care experience preferred.
