We’re partnering with a leading national commercial builder seeking a senior-level General Superintendent to lead complex, high-visibility projects in Texas. In this role, you will lead field operations on projects up to or exceeding $1 Billion. This is a key, high-visibility leadership role partnered with and part of the executive team - on site every day - driving culture and accountability.

Ideal background includes:
- 10 years of experience running field operations on large-scale commercial construction experience including healthcare, mission critical, advanced technology and manufacturing, food and beverage, or complex institutional work.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 30-hour certification; STS-C preferred
- Track record of positive, productive relationships with project team including client, designers and a complex team of subcontractors.
- Demonstrated leadership proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and all divisions of work
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve field challenges, and maintain a safety-first culture
- A true passion for leading complex projects and the people who build them
