RECRUITMENT AND HR ASSISTANT
Location: ARDEX Americas Corporate Headquarters,
400 ARDEX Park Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexible
work initiatives.
Alternative schedules: Candidates interested in a
reduced full-time schedule (with full benefits) or part-time hours
will also be considered.
As the Recruitment and HR Assistant, you will
own end-to-end recruiting and administrative onboarding for both
hourly and salaried positions. This is a highly collaborative role,
ideal for someone who excels at managing detailed administrative
processes, can confidently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and
delivers engaging candidate and employee experiences.
What you will do:
- Build strong partnerships with ARDEX hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and role expectations
- Draft job postings and job descriptions; manage the daily workflow and administrative upkeep of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Review applications, conduct screening interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and employment documentation
- Administer the full onboarding process, including new hire setup, pre-employment checks, background screenings, drug tests, references, and verifications
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the HRIS (Paylocity)
- Represent ARDEX at job fairs, high schools, colleges, and community events
- Assist in delivering new hire orientation and support new employees through their first days
- Maintain accurate personnel files in compliance with company and legal standards
- Support HR reporting, compliance initiatives, and administrative components of special projects as needed
