We are immediately hiring a Creative Content Producer.

What you will do: The Creative Content Producer is a key member of the ARDEX Americas Marketing Communications team, responsible for bringing the ARDEX brand to life through dynamic and engaging multimedia content. This role combines creativity, technical production expertise, and storytelling to create video, digital, and visual content that educates, inspires, and connects with diverse audiences.

Working both independently and collaboratively with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams, the Creative Content Producer will develop product installation videos, E-Learning modules, educational materials, and branded creative campaigns - ensuring every piece aligns with ARDEX's standards of excellence and innovation.

This position will be full-time Monday to Friday with working hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Our Corporate Office is located in Center Twp. 20 minutes North of the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to support marketing and communication goals.
• Plan, film, and produce high-quality video content in studio, on-site, and in-field environments.
• Manage all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production - including lighting, audio capture, editing, color correction, graphics, and final rendering.
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped video studio and production equipment.
• Translate complex product and technical information into clear, visually compelling stories.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and audience needs.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize and adapt content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Repurpose existing assets for maximum visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Lead production of video content for ARDEX's E-Learning platform and other training initiatives, creating an engaging and accessible learning experience.
• Develop creative video and motion content to support trade shows, interactive displays, and digital signage that enhances customer engagement.
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and technical teams to execute projects from concept to completion.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in video production, multimedia design, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop required; Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder a plus).
• Strong creative and technical production skills, with an eye for composition, pacing, and brand storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable - able to work independently or within a team.
• Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel, domestic approximately 10%.

Education:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
