What You May Be Assigned To Do

• Provide armed security services for client sites
• Conduct patrols and maintain a visible professional presence
• Monitor surveillance systems and site activity
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents
• Complete clear and accurate incident reports
• Deliver strong customer service while representing ARDENT Protection

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Armed Security License (required)
• Previous Armed Security Experience (2 year preferred), especially in critical-risk environments, is a plus.
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Excellent report writing
• Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols
• CCTV review proficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $19.50 per hour

• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons
• Follow directions of supervisors and managers
• Respond to alarms and security related incidents
• Write incident reports and maintain daily logs
• Provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management
• Follow all Community Rules and Regulations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have your own firearm and necessary personal security equipment
• Valid Florida D and G License
• 2 years of Armed Security Experience or
• Previous Military/ Law Enforcement experience acceptable
• In-depth understanding of legal guidelines for Security Officers licensed in Florida
• Experience writing clear and detailed reports.
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and basic self-defense desirable
• Ability to work within a team
• Strong communication, conflict management, and customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods
