What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Dealership Facilitator, Eastern Region position at Ardent Learning, Inc.?
Ardent Learning is a leader in the Automotive Industry and has been creating and delivering training for over 25 years. We have partnered with the majority of manufacturers and provide training in sales, service, product launch as well as a variety of other functions. We're currently seeking an Automotive Facilitator to deliver in-dealership sales training throughout the Southeast region. This is a long-term contract (1099) opportunity beginning in July 2026, and candidates must currently reside in/around South Florida.
What You'll Do
An Ardent Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting training focused on sales product and skills training. for a large OEM; sessions include a combination of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training and/or Workshops and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching. On average, there is 48 weeks of facilitation, including an in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event annually; a combination of flying and driving will be required to reach dealerships within an assigned territory.
What You'll Bring
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory as is the ability to communicate to a mid-size audience
- Knowledge of standard dealership practices, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of key personnel positions, functions and practices
- Adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc.
- Management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing
