Ardent Landscape is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Landscape Laborers. In this role, you’ll help create and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same—you’ll work on everything from lawn care and plant installations to hardscapes and irrigation. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in landscaping.
What You’ll Do
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization
- Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming, and general upkeep
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Support installation projects including patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
- Help maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Assist with equipment upkeep and basic maintenance
- Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
