Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in various construction and alarm system projects. This role requires a strong understanding of fire suppression systems/Portable fire extinguisher inspections , construction inspection processes, and the ability to assess installations effectively.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of fire suppression systems and related equipment to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Evaluate the installation of fire suppression systems and other safety systems, providing feedback on adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that all safety measures are implemented correctly during the building process.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, including any necessary corrective actions or recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices related to fire alarm sales and system design.
- Assist in training team members on compliance requirements and inspection procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of fire suppression systems, including installation and maintenance practices.
- Certification in fire suppression systems or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with fire suppression systems techniques and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
