Responsibilities
- Enter data from varied source documents into designated computer systems.
- Apply experience and judgment in selecting appropriate procedures for processing documents.
- Interpret, select, and code information from multiple document formats.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and resolve routine issues within established guidelines.
- Refer complex problems or unclear source material to supervisory personnel.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
- Perform routine data entry tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking logs.
- Operate data entry systems and standard office software applications.
- Approximately four (4) or more years of experience in data entry or related clerical support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and code information from varied document sources.
- Experience applying procedural judgment within established guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry systems and standard computer applications.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under general supervision.
