Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a Marketing Director who can help us grow that impact with clarity, creativity, and strong modern marketing instincts.

This role is for someone who can lead, execute, and bring focus to a small but powerful team—while using the right tools, including AI, to work smarter and move faster.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a lean marketing team (2 team members 2 contractors)
• Own and drive marketing strategy across retail, digital, in-store, and community channels
• Ensure our brand shows up consistently, clearly, and with purpose
• Drive campaigns that balance strong storytelling with measurable results
• Partner closely with leadership on product launches and growth initiatives
• Oversee content, social, email, and in-store messaging so everything feels cohesive
• Use data and modern tools to improve performance and efficiency
• Protect and elevate the integrity of the Arden’s Garden brand
