What You Will Work On
YOUR ROLE
Join our growing CDMO team as a Logistics and Inventory Control Manager, responsible for leading all material movement, warehousing, and inventory operations within a GMP-regulated environment. You’ll ensure the accurate flow, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods in compliance with quality and regulatory standards—supporting our clients’ manufacturing and development programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory accuracy.
Manage logistics operations in compliance with GMP/GDP and company SOPs.
Partner with Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure materials meet production timelines.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff.
Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, documentation, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
5 years’ experience in logistics or materials management within a pharma, biotech, or CDMO environment.
Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and ERP/WMS systems.
Proven leadership and process improvement skills.
