SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager leads the planning and execution of the project throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects in a timely manner and within budget and scope. Manage all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.

This position will lead and/or participate in the following activities to plan, analyze and execute against the product strategy, product lines, roadmaps, portfolio, programs, projects, business cases and requirements.
- Drive the strategic and operational planning for projects
- Coordinate resources for the execution of the project
- Lay out the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Establish forecasting and measurement to ensure all adoption, efficiency and financial objectives are met.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
To perform this job successfully, individual should have the following skills and abilities:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to drive and deliver results.
- Will initially lead and manage the Onboarding Team. This may be temporary or permanent – depending on progress and appetite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field required
- 15 years’ experience in project management
