Role Description The Therapist will provide direct clinical services, including individual, couples, and family therapy for clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other providers as needed. The Therapist will also monitor client progress, adjust treatment goals, and participate in case consultation or supervision to support best practices in care. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Roseville, MN, requiring consistent in-person availability for client sessions and team activities.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted licensure in MN as an LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or LP
- Demonstrated ability to provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, family systems).
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and risk assessment skills, including the ability to respond appropriately to crises.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain thorough documentation, and use electronic health record systems efficiently.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practice with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Experience in outpatient private practice or community mental health settings is preferred.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, consultation, and supervision as appropriate.
