What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Engagement Coordinator-Riverwalk position at Arden Property Group?
The Community Engagement coordinator is required to live on-site at the community in which they support. The Community Engagement Coordinator is expected to contribute no more than 20 hours per month (10 hours per pay period), on a schedule that is approved and discussed with the Community Director to ensure the property has appropriate event and orientation coverage.
Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)
New resident orientations
Managing community correspondences/postings
Resident events planning, set up, execution, support, clean up
Curb-appeal & decorating
Inspections, maintenance reporting
Common area organization
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED, required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
