As a Maintenance Technician, you assist the Building Services Coordinator with the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms or apartments, grounds, and mechanical equipment and systems. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service delivery.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner; previous experience in a related trade preferred

Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
