As the Environmental Services Director, your are responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, mechanical systems, as well as driving the community van. As a leader, you are responsible for ensuring delivery of industry-leading services and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year hospitality/commercial maintenance
Physical Demands: Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
