Administrative Support to the President and Executive Management Team
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide support to the President and his executive management team in our Plymouth Meeting office.
Key Responsibilities:
">• Provide administrative support to the President and his executive management team, including preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
">• Serve as the primary liaison with Ardan corporate departments and the Marketing/Communications department for Grid151.
">• Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, opening and sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies.
">• Coordinate service for maintenance of all office equipment and ensure that the office is functioning efficiently.
">• Assist with research and data gathering on special projects as directed by the President and his executive management team.
">• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and tasks.
Requirements:
">• Minimum of four years of administrative experience.
">• Previous experience supporting C-Level executives preferred.
">• Advanced proficiency with Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
