The starting pay rate for this role is $25.46 per hour. Any future increases are dictated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Rotating 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Responsibilities
- Visually examine and inspect in-process ware
- Perform visual and specification inspections including spot checks using established sampling plan
- Reselect and repack ware
- Pull mold numbers or reselect molds on the lehr and perform various other duties assigned with line reselect
- Unjam equipment, perform line flow, run samples and evaluate quality based on requirements
- Operate label machine
- Make minor equipment adjustments where capable; i.e. wipe off a reflector
- Load automatic carton equipment and assemble carton parts manually
- Perform various duties associated with palletizer/unitizer/forklift operations
- Operate baler, compactor, power sweeper, and empty glass hoppers to keep the packing room clean
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years experience in a manufacturing environment, or transferrable industry
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds
- Forklift Operator License
- Applicable Trade School certifications
