We are seeking a long term Office Assistant to help in our storefront operation. We are a Glass Company that specializes in Commercial and Residential glass projects.
The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for customers and subcontractors via phone, emails, and walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and process orders
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service, ensuring satisfaction
- Organize, and prioritize emails
- Manage scheduling projects
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Long term commitment - 1 year or more
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace or Word/Excel
- Reliable, professional, and able to self-manage time and projects with minimal supervision
- 6 months previous office experience required
- Construction knowledge is a plus
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Pay $20-22 an hour
Full time hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
